Diagnostics are the foundation of every program at Santa Maria Health. We use advanced live and dry blood microscopy for real-time cellular insights, comprehensive laboratory testing, ultrasound diagnostics when indicated, and functional evaluation of inflammation, immunity, and metabolic health.
For more complex conditions, we collaborate with specialized laboratories for Lyme disease and co-infection panels, work with one of the leading diagnostic laboratories in Mexico for advanced testing, and refer patients to Hospital Ángeles and partner clinics for MRI, colonoscopy, and specialized medical evaluations.
This layered diagnostic approach is what allows us to build highly personalized treatment programs rather than apply standard protocols.
How Our Programs Are Structured
We offer four main program formats, each designed around a different type of need.
Personalized Programs (À La Carte)
For patients who require a fully customized approach, we design programs based on individual diagnostics and doctor evaluation. These programs are tailored to specific conditions and treatment goals.

Structured Health Programs
For common health concerns, we offer pre-designed programs that combine a set of therapies into a defined protocol. These programs serve both as a foundation in themselves and as an example of how a personalized protocol may be built.
Current structured programs include:
- Seasonal Reset Program — $2,500 — a focused program for detoxification, immune system support, energy restoration, and preventive health optimization. Designed for patients who want a structured introduction to the Santa Maria Health method.
- Condition-specific programs including Lyme disease and co-infections and other chronic conditions, built as structured protocols on top of our diagnostic work.
Each structured program includes selected therapies, diagnostics, and guided protocols within a defined structure.
All-Inclusive Program — Our Signature Experience
Our All-Inclusive program is our most advanced and immersive format. It is designed for patients who want a complete, continuous healing experience with a strong medical foundation — the depth of an integrative wellness retreat, with the precision of clinical care.

One of the core ideas behind our All-Inclusive program was to remove the question of money from the relationship between the doctor and the patient. Who the All-Inclusive program is built for.

3-Day Stem Cell Program
