When you’ve been exhausted for months or years, and your tests say you’re fine, you don’t need one more supplement. You need someone to find out why.

Who it is for

Does this sound like you?

01You wake up tired, no matter how long you sleep.
02Your head feels foggy; you forget words and lose your train of thought.
03You had a virus or COVID, and never fully recovered.
04Pain moves around your body, and nobody can explain it.
05Headaches or migraines have become part of your week.
06You’ve seen many doctors, and your labs come back “normal”.

People come to us with: chronic fatigue · brain fog · low energy · post-viral symptoms and long COVID · fibromyalgia-type pain · migraines and chronic headaches · poor sleep.

What may be behind it
The cause

What may be behind it

Fatigue is rarely “just fatigue”. It’s usually the result of several things weighing on the body at the same time:

Cells that can’t make enough energy
When the mitochondria, the cell’s power plants, are overloaded, you feel it as exhaustion and slow recovery.
A hidden infection
Viruses such as Epstein-Barr, Lyme bacteria and their co-infections, parasites or Candida can stay in the body for years and keep the immune system on alert.
Inflammation
From the immune system, the gut or metabolism.
The overload
Heavy metals, chemicals and toxins the body has stored instead of clearing.
A nervous system that can’t switch off
After years of stress and poor sleep.

That’s why fatigue so often travels with brain fog, pain and sleep problems. They often share the same roots.

How the program works

First days: Cleanse & Reset. We open the body’s exits first (liver, lymph, gut), then gently clear the overload, so you’re less likely to feel worse as toxins are released.

Then: targeted treatment. Your doctor builds the next days around what we found. People with fatigue often receive:

IV therapy for cell energy (for example standard-dose NAD+, alpha-lipoic acid, vitamin C, B vitamins), when appropriate
ozone and intravenous laser therapy
red light and PEMF, to support cell energy and recovery
lymphatic drainage, the Slavic banya and the ocean pools
a personal herbal mix, and food planned for your program
gentle morning movement, and a daily rhythm that helps your sleep

Up to 3 IVs a day when appropriate (intravenous laser + 2 IVs), 8–12 treatments a day, adjusted by your medical team as you respond.

How long? For long-standing fatigue we usually recommend 10 days to 3 weeks on your first visit.
