  • Eye and skin infectious diseases
  • Diseases accompanied by persistent pain syndrome requiring constant use of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances included in the List of Narcotic Drugs, Psychotropic Substances and Their Precursors
  • Malignant neoplasms requiring anticancer treatment, including chemotherapy
  • Epilepsy with ongoing seizures, including treatment-resistant epilepsy
  • Mental and behavioral disorders in state of exacerbation or unstable remission, including those that pose danger to patient and others
  • Cachexia of any origin
  • Incurable progressive diseases and conditions requiring palliative care
